Project Description

What's New

The BLM is proposing improvements to the Row River Trail, including replacement of six culverts and repair of surface deterioration, to prolong its life and improve the quality of recreational experience for users.  Construction with trail closures would occur July through October 2018.  The EA evaluates the project.

The BLM held a Public Scoping Meeting: March 7, 2018, Cottage Grove City Hall, 6:30-8 p.m. and accepted public scoping comments.

The BLM prepared an Environmental Assessment and Preliminary Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and accepted comments on the EA through May 2, 2018. 

The BLM has issued a signed FONSI and Decision Record for the project.  See these documents under the Documents tab to the left.
