The BLM solicited public comments on the EA, to be submitted by close of business (4:00 PM) on or prior to May 2, 2018, addressed to Brian Bickford by mail at the Springfield Interagency Office, Northwest Oregon District, 3106 Pierce Parkway Suite E, Springfield, Oregon 97477, by fax to 541-683-6981, or by e-mail to [email protected]. 
Please note that all comments may be published as part of the EA or other related documents.  Individual respondents may request confidentiality.  If you wish to withhold your name or street address from public review or from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, you must state this prominently at the beginning of your written comment.  Such requests will be honored to the extent allowed by law.  All submissions from organizations, businesses and individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses will be made available for public inspection in their entirety.
