Ormat Nevada, Inc. (Ormat) proposes to drill three observation wells on public land in Esmeralda County, in Section 22 Township 1 South and Range 40 East Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian. The purpose of this proposed drilling program is to evaluate geologic structure and measure temperature gradients related to geothermal resources that may exist at the site.
