The Bureau of Land Management Coos Bay District Myrtlewood Field Office has issued a decision record for the Two By Four Torte Timber Sale, which was analyzed in the Baker’s Dozen Timber Management Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). Timber management treatments will include variable retention regeneration harvest in the Harvest Land Base. The Two By Four Torte Timber Sale is located in Township 31 South, Range 12 West, Sections 16 and 21, Willamette Meridian.

This decision may be appealed to the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), Office of Hearings and Appeals, in accordance with the regulations contained in 43 CFR Part 4. Any appeal must be filed within 30 days after the date of receiving notice of this decision (July 10, 2026). Any notice of appeal must be filed with IBLA and must include a copy of the decision being appealed, a statement of standing, and a statement of timeliness.
