August 9, 2018: Protest Resolution and Decision Record
The three Richfield Field Office parcels considered for lease in the June 2018 Utah Oil and Gas Competitive Lease Sale were included in the Notice of Competitive Lease Sale posted on April 26, 2018. Three protests were submitted for the parcels. The Protests, Protest Decisions, Final Environmental Assessment, Finding of No Significant Impact and Decision Record are now available for examination.
