Below find the Alaska Native Vietnam-era Land Allotment Program Environmental Assessment (EA) and signed Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for your review. The EA and signed FONSI are published with a Recommendation Memo from BLM that recommends the selection of Alternative C,  which would open approximately 27 million acres of land to allotment selection under the Alaska Native Allotment Program.
