May 11, 2026:

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) notified BLM to correct an inadvertent omission in it's April 15, 2025 Biological Assessment concurrence letter to BLM to confirm that the USFWS evaluated effects for rabbitsfoot and concurred with the BLM's determination that the proposed action of oil and gas leasing is not likely to adversely affect rabbitsfoot.
