The public comment period ends on November 9, 2026. Comments may be submitted by clicking on the “Participate Now” button below under EIS - Draft Chapters 1 & 2. 

Public Scoping Comments from Organizations - These include the primary substantive scoping comments BLM received from organizations but are not inclusive of all scoping comments received. 

Public Scoping Comments Received Through ePlanning - These include only the scoping comments submitted through ePlanning and are not inclusive of all scoping comments received by BLM.
