This chapter discusses the existing physical, biological, and socioeconomic resources in the study area (Affected Environment).

In addition to the BLM Nevada supplemental authorities identified for further analysis (Table 3.1, “BLM Nevada Supplemental Authorities”, the following resources and/or issues will also be described in Chapter 3, Affected Environment as well as Chapter 4, Environmental Consequences.
