The BLM completed the DNA review and the authorized officer signed the DNA on April 27, 2026. The authorized officer signed the decision on May 1, 2026. The BLM's implementation decision has a 30-day appeal window, ending June 1, 2026.

The BLM offered a 30-day public comment period on the DNA Review from January 30, 2026 through March 2, 2026 at 4:30 pm Pacific Time.
