The Final Decision Record was posted on January 14, 2026, which initiates the 30-day appeal period. Appeals must be filed in accordance with applicable regulations and must be received by the normal close of business on February 13, 2026.

July 25, 2025 - The Brownsboro Park Allotment Grazing Lease Renewal is complete. The decision is to renew and issue the 10-year fully processed grazing lease for the Allotment. The Categorical Exclusion and Draft Decision Record are being posted today, initiating the 15-day protest period. The protest period will end on the normal close of business on August 11, 2025.

August 11, 2025 - As of close of business, the protest period has ended. The status of the project is 'Paused' until the Final Decision is posted.
