Project Description

The proposed action is to issue a short-term right-of-way to the Nevada Department of Transportation authorizing geotechnical investigation activities on BLM lands between Middlegate and Gabbs, NV. 

The geotechnical investigation would be conducted in support of the proposed realignment of State Route 361, which is required due to the expansion of the Naval Air Station, Fallon Range Training Complex Modernization efforts mandated in the Fiscal Year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act.
