Project Description

Two Rivers Wind submitted a ROW application to the BLM RFO requesting a 30-year ROW grant located in Albany County, on approximately 4,500 acres. The Proposed Action includes facilities proposed on BLM land within the Phases I-III wind development area, which includes the installation of up to 14 WTGs, 13.7 miles of access roads, 12.1 miles of electrical collection lines and communication cables, one operations and maintenance building, one substation, and 133 miles of a Gen-tie transmission line.  Project components proposed on BLM-administered public lands for the wind development areas and the associated transmission lines include the installation up to 38 wind turbine generators, access road, 34.5 kV collection system, buried communication cable, 230 kV electric transmission line, meteorological towers, concrete batch plant, two substations, maintenance/storage building, construction staging/storage yards.
