Project Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Monticello Field Office (MTFO) is proposing to issue a one-time, short-term land use permit through December 31, 2028, to resolve a trespass.  The short-term land use permit would authorize and legalize the trespass and allow for the removal of an unauthorized wood cabin on BLM-managed lands.
