BLM Issues Decision Record Approving Project
On February 24, 2026, the BLM signed the final Categorical Exclusion and Decision Record for the Battle Creek and Guyon Springs Mule Deer Habitat Restoration Project. Public comment responses are in an Appendix to the Decision Record.
The 30-day appeal period for this project will begin when the BLM notifies the public via an online new release that the decision is available (43 CFR § 4.403 (c)(2)(iii)) on the Oregon/Washington Public Input and Actions webpage: https://www.blm.gov/public-input-actions?region[]=26
