The Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) Worksheet and Decision Record (DR) were completed and signed on February 16, 2023. They were posted to ePlanning on February 17, 2023. The posting date of the decision on ePlanning establishes the effective date for purposes of an appeal. This is the first DR and authorizes implementation on approximately 868 acres in five units on Upper Table Rock. Additional decisions pertaining to the remaining 423 acres of the project will be made as clearance on botany surveys occur in the other units and as funding becomes available.
