TRRP and BLM announce the availability of the final Environmental Assessment, FONSI, which analyzed the impacts of the proposed Oregon Gulch Channel Rehabilitation project. The EA was prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (42 U.S.C. § 4321 et seq). The preliminary draft EA was available for a 30-day public comment and review period that began January 15th, 2021 and ended February 16th, 2021.

Public Comment Period for the Oregon Gulch project. All comments submitted via
mail, email, or through planning websites will be considered. On the "Participate
Now" tab to the left of this page is where you can find the draft EA and
make comments and provide input.
