Project Description

The Bureau of Land Managements (BLM) Pecos District Office (PDO), which consists of the Carlsbad Field Office (CFO) and Roswell Field Office (RFO), documents the following Environmental Assessment (EA) for twelve parcels (2,808.12 acres) nominated for auction in the Pecos District September 5, 2019, Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale (the Proposed Action). Of these 12 parcels, eight include surface managed by BLM (1,931.44 acres), one is on State land (80 acres), and three are on private surface (796.68 acres).
