The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Tuscarora Field Office (TFO) has initiated a 30-day public scoping period for the preliminary parcel list for the September 2026 Oil and Gas Lease Sale Environmental Assessment (EA), beginning February 9, 2026, and ending March 11, 2026.
