Project Description

This application supports a Class II CO2 disposal well, permitted by Wyoming Oil & Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC). This environmental assessment (EA) will address the associated well pad, access roads, fiber optic communication cable, temporary workspaces, revised 8-inch pipeline route and to use BLM administered federal pore space for carbo dioxide (CO2) disposal.  An associated project for the overhead distribution powerline is also analyzed in this document.
