May 1, 2026: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is currently preparing a public comment period (45 day ending on June 15th) on the Notice of Realty Action (NORA) in the Federal Registry for the Millsite Golf Course Direct Land Sale under BLM NEPA number DOI-BLM-UT-G020-2025-0035-EA. Additionally, the BLM will be posting the EA for public comment (30 day) which is set to run from May 4th to June 3, 2026. All comments should be directed to the ePlanning public comment tool under the Participate now tab. The BLM requests that the public provide substantive information & feedback to better inform the decision making process.

BLM will use the NEPA public participation process to satisfy the public involvement requirements under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) (54 U.S.C. § 306108) pursuant to 36 C F R 800.2(d)(3). The information about cultural resources within the area of potential effect for this undertaking will assist the BLM in identifying and evaluating effects/impacts to such resources in the context of both NEPA and
Section 106 of the NHPA.
