The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Jarbidge Field Office (JFO) has completed the Draft 2026 Saylor Creek Herd Management Area Wild Horse Gather Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA); the DNA is available for a 30-day public review and comment period beginning April 15, 2026 and ending May 15, 2026.
