Project Description

On February 6, 2026, Garkane Energy Cooperative filed application for renewal of four existing powerlines under the authority of Title V of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) of October 21, 1976, and provisions of regulations 43 CFR 2800. The purpose of the proposal is to allow the proponent to operate and maintain the four existing powerlines that cross lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Richfield Field Office (RFO).
