Project Description

KODA Uinta, LLC has submitted SF-299 applications for rights-of-way for the SWD 33-33-723 well pad, access road and pipeline corridor. This infrastructure would enable increased production water disposal capacity as the applicant continues to develop the surrounding Red Wash field. Because production water is hauled by truck, the proposed action would decrease truck traffic. The well site would include: (1) 10-foot by 10-foot metal disposal building over the well head and (1) 4-foot by 6-foot automation building and solar panel rack. The proposed pipeline corridor would accommodate (2) 8-inch, buried, flex steel liquid gathering pipelines from the proposed SWD 33-33-723 to the existing Central Processing Facility B. The pipeline corridor would have a 30-foot permanent right-of-way width with an additional 20-foot temporary construction width. The access road would run from the existing Glen Bench Road to the southwest corner of the proposed SWD 33-33-723 well pad. The access road would feature a crowned surface (2–3% slope), roadside ditches, and an 18-foot-wide running surface with a total disturbance width not exceeding 30 feet.

The information about cultural resources within the area potential affect for this undertaking will assist the BLM in identifying and evaluating effects/impacts to such resources in the context of both NEPA and Section 106 of the NHPA.
