12/22/2016: As part of the DNA (Determination of NEPA Adequacy) process, BLM Ridgecrest has determined that the previously-prepared NEPA documents do not adequately describe the environmental consequences of Bush Management Co.'s proposal. A new environmental assessment would be required in order to proceed with agency review of the proposed action.

This conclusion is part of an interim step in the BLM's internal process and does not constitute an appealable decision.
