This page provides GIS datasets created by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) as part of the NPR-A IAP planning process.

Update 1/2026: 

GIS Data reflecting the new 2025 Record of Decision (ROD) has been made available. Within the geodatabase are datasets for Fluid minerals (and individual stipulations), Infrastructure, Special Area, and Visual Resource Management (VRM) decisions.  A layer file is also provided for display of the individual stipulations.

The data set is similar to that published for the 2020 ROD but includes several minor edits reflecting BLM surface and subsurface management authority to correct prior omissions as well as changes since the publication of the 2020 ROD.
