Public Meeting
The BLM held a public scoping meeting on April 13, 2017 from 5:30-7 p.m., at the Willamalane Park and Recreation District, Bob Keefer Center, at 250 S. 32nd Street, Springfield, OR. The public had an opportunity to learn about the project and submit comments. On November 7, 2017, the BLM held another public meeting from 5-7 p.m., also at the Bob Keefer Center, to present project alternatives and solicit comments from the public.
