Public Comment Period
For EOI #1813
The BLM Eastern States Office (ESO) leasing process and policy incorporated a mandatory 30-day public review/comment period on all completed EAs and unsigned FONSIs. The relevant NEPA documents for the Louisiana parcels can be found here.
The Comment Period started on August 07, 2017 and ended September 06, 2017.
For EOIs #1635, 1637, 1638, 2244, 2246 & 2257
The relevant NEPA documents for the Ohio parcels can be found here.
The 30-day comment period associated with the DNA for the Ohio parcels started August 07, 2017 and ended September 06, 2017.
Protest Information
The competitive lease sale notice was posted September 13, 2017 and can be found in the Documents tab to the left. This initiates a 30-day protest period of the proposed parcels that will end on October 13, 2017. The sale notice includes all the steps to submit a valid protest and can be accessed by clicking on Documents on the left side panel of this page, or through https://www.energynet.com/govt_listing.pl.
