• In-person public meetings regarding the withdrawal application announced in the Federal Register were held on February 23, 2022, from 3:00–4:30 p.m. and 6:00–7:30 p.m. at San Juan College Henderson Fine Arts Building, 4601 College Boulevard, Farmington, New Mexico.
