• The Notice of Intent initiating the EIS process for the Mancos Shale Development Project has been published in the Federal Register (2026-181https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2026-09-04/pdf/2026-18106.pdf06.pdf)

• Submit comments on this project website from Sept 4- Oct 5, 2026. Select the "Participate Now" button at the top of the page (see screenshot below). Scoping documents include the "Alternatives" and the "Purpose and Need." Please ensure your comments are received prior to the close of the 30-day scoping period or 15 days after the last public meeting, whichever is later.

• In Person: Attend our Public Scoping Meeting on September 24th 2026, 6-8PM at Sky Ute Casino Resort, located on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation, at 14324 US Highway 172 North, Ignacio, Colorado 81301

• Interested Parties may request to recieve project updates from ePlanning. Select the "Subscribe for NEPA Updates" button at the top of the page (see screenshot below).
