The public comment period for the Preliminary Oil and Gas Leasing EA and Unsigned FONSI is closed.  There is no comment period for the Final Oil and Gas Leasing EA and Signed FONSI.
How to get Involved
The Notice of Competitive Oil and Gase Lease Sale is posted online at https://www.blm.gov/programs/energy-and-minerals/oil-and-gas/leasing/regional-lease-sales/idaho.  There is protest period which is open from April 26, 2018 to May 7, 2018.  Information about how to file a protest can be found on pages 9 through 10 of the Notice of Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale.
