1988 North Dakota Resource Management Plan now in effect

On December 11, 2025, in accordance with the Congressional Review Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 801-808, the President signed a joint resolution into law disapproving the January 2025 North Dakota Resource Management Plan Revision.  Pub. L. No. 119-49.  A rule nullified under the Congressional Review Act must be treated as though it had never taken effect.  As such, the 2025 RMP Revision should be treated as though it never took effect and the 1988 North Dakota Resource Management as amended prior to the 2025 RMP Revision, is now in effect for the North Dakota Planning Area.
