There are four alternatives under consideration for the TMP route network:

      Alternative A: Current Management (No Action Alternative) - represents the existing network

      Alternative B: Resource Protection Emphasis - prioritizes resource protection over access   

      Alternative C: Multiple Use Emphasis - balances access with resource protection

      Alternative D: Access Emphasis - prioritizes access over resource protection
