The 30-day comment period associated with the NEPA for the Arkansas parcels started November 16, 2017 and ended on December 15, 2017.
The Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) document for the Ohio parcels can be found here. The 30-day comment period associated with the DNA for the Ohio parcels started August 7, 2017 and ended September 6, 2017. There will not be a separate comment period for the proposed March 2018 EOIs, since they have already gone through the previous comment period.
