On Friday, December 19, 2025, the final EA and FONSI were posted ahead of schedule, per the publicly-available FAST-41 permitting timetable, to the lead agency's website  - National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA): Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the NANA Regional Broadband Network Project (EAXX-006-60-3D-1754935958) | BroadbandUSA  and also available on the Documents page of this website.

The BLM Decision Record will also be posted once it is available.

Preliminary EA Review & Comment Period Ended Nov 14, 2025

The Preliminary Environmental Assessment comment period that was available on the lead agency's website - National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) - ( https://broadbandusa.ntia.gov/funding-programs/documentation-and-reporting/Draft_EA_NANA_Regional_Broadband ) closed on Nov 14, 2025. 

Written comments were to be submitted via email or postmarked on November 14, 2025, to ensure they became part of the official record. They were provided to the NTIA point of contact Amanda Pereira in Washington, DC.
