Pursuant to Bureau of Land Management (BLM) regulations (43 CFR 2310.3-2(b)(3)), the USFS was tasked with preparing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation in addition to six other reports, as the Applicant for the proposed withdrawal. All of those documents are included in the links below and will be used by the Secretary of Interior in order to determine the merits of the USFS's withdrawal application.

Public Land Order (PLO) 7917 was signed on January 26, 2023. A copy of the PLO was published on the BLM website at https://www.blm.gov/sites/default/files/docs/2023-01/PLO%207917_Signed%20Notice_1.26.23.pdf.
