The Final EA, and signed Decision Records, and Finding of No Significant Impacts have been posted on the respective eplanning sites. The Final EA was modified as a result of some protest contentions.
The protest decisions have been posted on October 8, 2019. This initiates a 30-day appeal period.

Please note that the most useful comments are those that identify issues relevant to the proposed action or contain new technical or scientific information. Comments which contain only opinions or preferences, or comments that are essentially identical to other comments will not be specifically addressed in the environmental documents, but may be considered in the decision-making process. Comments must have been received by May 6, 2019.

The June 2019 Lease Sale contains 7 parcels (9,822.52 acres) located in Box Elder County managed by the Salt Lake Field Office.
Errata was published on May 3, 2019 that removes 1 parcel (1,735.21 acres) located in Sevier County managed by the Richfield Field Office from the NCLS.
A 15 day public comment period occurred from February 15, 2019 ending on March 4, 2019.
