It was noted that when downloading the EA posted on 8/17/2021, the EA filename was given as DOI-BLM-CO-N010-2020-0034-EA, which is not correct. The correct document number and filename is DOI-BLM-CO-N010-2021-0034-EA. The Final EA document, posted on 9/16/2021 is identical to that which was posted on 8/17/2021 except for the filename. Both are available for public review and comparison.
