The Decision Record and 1842-1 form can be found below. Note: The BLM identified a couple typographical errors in the Decision Record shortly after publishing. The BLM corrected the errors and republished the Decision Record below. No substantive changes were made to the document in the few minutes it was unavailable.

The BLM has published the Final 2025 Aloha Trout Forest Management Project Environmental Assessment and signed Finding of No Significant Impact.
