How to Cite the RMP
If you wish to cite the Ironwood Forest National Monument RMP, which is the document which contains the management guidance and land use planning decisions that determine how the public lands in the Ironwood Forest National Monument are managed, please note that the date that the Record of Decision was signed by the BLM Arizona State Director is the date the RMP became effective.
Note that if the citation is for the Final EIS for the RMP - that is, the analysis completed in support of the RMP, please use the date that the Final EIS was published, and cite the full name of the EIS.
Citation for the RMP:
BLM. 2013. Approved Ironwood Forest National Monument Resource Management Plan and Record of Decision. Signed February 19, 2013.
Citation for the Proposed RMP/Final EIS:
BLM. 2011. Proposed Ironwood Forest National Monument Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement.
