Citation for the Resource Management Plan and Record of Decision
To cite the Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument Resource Management Plan (RMP) and Record of Decision, which contain the management guidance and land use planning decisions that determine how the public lands in the Monument are managed, note that th eRmP became effective on the date that the Record of Decision was signed by the BLM Arizona State Director:

Citation for the Proposed RMP/Final EIS
BLM. 2007. Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Arizona Strip Field Office, the Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, and the BLM Portion of Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument, and a Proposed General Managment Plan/Final EIS for the NPS Portion of the Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument .
The joint Approved Plan and individual Record of Decisions, one for BLM decisions and one for NPS decisions, have been prepared in accordance with the Federal Land Policy Managment Act, The National Parks and Recreation Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act.
