**Note for public scoping period:  The BLM has listed 35 parcels for this public scoping period.  During this time, the BLM is continuing our outreach to those who submitted Expressions of Interest for 25 parcels to determine if there is continued interest, consistent with BLM  IM 2023-007 and IM2023-008.  Should those who submitted the Expressions of Interest be non-responsive, or should they advise the BLM that they are no longer interested in the parcel, the BLM will remove the parcel from the sale.  An updated parcel list will be posted with the EA and appendices for the public comment period.
