Greater Sage-Grouse Documents

The Lewistown Greater Sage-Grouse Approved Resource Management Plan (RMP) Amendment and Record of Decision (ROD) for the Rocky Mountain Region are posted below. The Proposed RMP Amendment/Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is also posted along with the Scoping Report that was made available to the public in May 2012. Four Federal Register Notices of Availability (NOAs) are also available: the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and BLM NOAs, for the Draft EIS and the EPA and BLM NOAs for the Proposed RMP Amendment/Final EIS. Finally there are two other reports available, the Baseline Environmental Report (BER) and the Conservation Objectives Team (COT) report. The BER report was used to provide a baseline for conditions and disturbance that exists on the large scale for existing Greater Sage-Grouse habitat.
