To the extent you submit exhibits or attachments to any submitted public comment, you must provide a summary of the attached documents, and explain why they are important for us to consider. If the submittal fails to include the requested summary, BLM may not consider any information in the exhibits or attachments during its decision-making process

Public Protest period for the 2023 Fourth Quarter Competitive Oil & Gas Lease Sale began on September 19, 2023, and ended on October 19, 2023. 
Public Comment period for the 2023 Fourth Quarter Competitive Oil & Gas Lease Sale began on May 19, 2023, and ended on June 20, 2023. 
Public Scoping period for the 2023 Fourth Quarter Competitive Oil & Gas Lease Sale began on March 17, 2023, and ended on April 17, 2023.
