A 30-day public comment period is happening from March 22 through April 21, 2022 for this project's Environmental Assessment. The EA is available on the Documents page. 

The comment period complies with the requirements of BLM Permanent Instruction Memorandum 2022-001: National Environmental Policy Act Compliance for Applications for Permit to Drill where the National Environmental Policy Act prepared to support the authorizing lease is under review related to litigation.

Since the host well pad for the proposed APDs already exist, the EA analysis complies with the requirements of BLM Permanent Instruction Memorandum 2018-014.
