The Alaska Stand Alone Pipeline (ASAP) is a proposed 733-mile pipeline that will deliver natural gas from Alaska’s North Slope to the state’s population centers in the Interior of Alaska and Southcentral Alaska. It is being developed by the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC), an independent corporation established by the State of Alaska. The AGDC is chartered to ensure that Alaska’s North Slope natural gas resources are available to provide the maximum benefit and use by Alaskans.
