Comments and Protest Periods
Public Comment Period
For EOIs #961b, 630 and 1174
The BLM Eastern States Office (ESO) leasing process and policy incorporates a mandatory 30-day public review/comment period on all completed EAs and unsigned FONSIs. The relevant NEPA documents for the Arkansas parcels can be found here.
The 30-day comment period associated with the NEPA for the Arkansas parcels started November 16, 2017and ended on December 15, 2017.
For EOIs #1637 and 2257
The relevant NEPA documents for the Ohio parcels can be found here. The 30-day comment period associated with the DNA for the Ohio parcels started August 7, 2017 and ended September 6, 2017. There will not be a separate comment period for the proposed March 2018 EOIs, since they have already gone through the previous comment period.
Protest Information
The Sale Notice can be found on the Documents tab to the left of the screen. The 30-day protest period ends February 20th, 2018.
All protest must be postmarked by February 20th. For more information on how to submit a valid protest please see the Sale Notice.
