Abstract
This feature class summerizes the oil and gas stipulations based on the decisions in the Uncompahgre Field Office Resource Management Plan signed April 2020. Although areas where oil and gas leasing is not allowed they are also contained herein as No Lease (NL). No Surface Occupancy (NSO) and Controlled Surface Use (CSU) are here too.
Purpose
The Uncompahgre Field Office Resource Management Plan of April 2020 directs fluid mineral management through stipulations. These include No Surface Occupancy (NSO), Controlled Surface Use (CSU), and Timing Limitations (TL). These data represent one of those stipulations. 

Additionally, these data also provide management direction for other surface disturbing activities. Site-Specific Relocation (SSR) allows the BLM to relocate proposed actions upto 200 meters and No Ground Distrubance (NGD) prohibits actions that cause site disturbance. Please reference the RMP for additional information.
