Surface_Disturbing_Activities: These data illustrate areas where no ground disturbing activity will be allowed (No Ground Disturbance - NGD) and areas where disturbances can be moved (Site-Specific Relocation - SSR).
This feature class represents alternative developement for the Uncompahgre Field Office Resource Management Plan Revision. This revision is being conducted in accordance with NEPA Land Use Planning Handbook H-1601-1. The Notice of Intent was published in the Federal Register (https://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2010/02/25/2010-3846/notice-of-intent-to-prepare-a-resource-management-plan-for-the-uncompahgre-field-office-and) on February 25, 2010
