Project Description:
The BLM is preparing an environmental assessment to analyze the potential impacts of whether or not to grant a right-of-way for an existing 300-foot, three-span, single-lane, pre-fabricated steel ranch bridge over the Little Missouri River, with a 1,000-foot long unpaved access road, that is partially situated on BLM-managed public land in Dunn County, North Dakota. In addition, the environmental assessment will analyze the potential impacts to removing and reclaiming an unauthorized water settlement pond and portions of two alfalfa fields that are situated on BLM land. In all, nearly 13 acres of public land are affected.
